    Mudita ISC Trainers

    Terry Winship is the lead trainer for the Instructional Skills Certification (ISC). She has extensive experience delivering training in Microsoft Office, social media applications, and core soft skills including presentation skills, public speaking, and instructional delivery.

    With international training experience across Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and China, Terry specialises in bespoke training, consulting, and technical skills development. She also authors technical training manuals for Oxford University Press.

    She works extensively with Microsoft productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and applied AI, helping professionals use modern technology with clarity, confidence, and sound judgement.

    Terry’s mission is to help businesses and individuals reach their potential through practical, well-structured learning. She believes that success comes from combining strong technical capability with confident communication, and that learning new skills gives people the power to reshape their professional story.

    Outside of work, Terry has travelled extensively, including completing a 366-day journey around the world. She enjoys baking, cooking, and photography, and contributes actively to the community as a director of an NGO, a Distinguished Toastmaster, a PechaKucha City Organiser, and a member of the Professional Speakers Association.

    Chintan Patel is a highly skilled ICT professional specialising in Microsoft productivity applications and services. With over a decade of experience, he delivers bespoke training, consulting, and advisory services for both novice and advanced users.

    He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Regional Lead and a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), and has been actively developing and supporting MCTs across South Africa and 15 Southern African countries since 2020. Chintan is a sought-after speaker at events focused on workplace productivity and skills development.

    Chintan also moderates the Microsoft Certified Trainer Network on Facebook and LinkedIn, contributing to the global MCT community through knowledge sharing and professional support. In addition, he runs a Certiport Authorised Testing Centre and proctors a range of Certiport examinations.

    His mission is to help businesses and individuals reach their full potential through practical, structured training and support that unlocks real capability and confidence.

    Outside of work, Chintan enjoys recreational tennis and exploring the outdoors. He serves as a parkrun Event Ambassador, supporting a global initiative that promotes health and wellbeing, and is a director of three parkrun events in Benoni, South Africa.
