Now based in Cape Town, Mudita Concepts came into being in Johannesburg, South Africa, in 2004, and served its clients countrywide. Mudita grew from developing bespoke financial applications and system analysis, to technical course writing and learner training; entry- level to senior executives; beginners to advanced. This includes CompTIA CTT+ (ending 2023), MS Office Suite as well as hands-on hospitality and social network workshop.
We believe in building relationships, as the majority of our clients have been with us for more than a decade, some even as long as 25 years, including Otis Elevators, Sarah Baartman District Municipality, NGK van die OVS, and Polokwane District Municipality, among others.
2020 we started our Public Speaker Training and this has been a great addition as almost everybody can benefit by improving their communication skills.
2018 has seen us making a strategic move from development into training, by offering one-on-one, freelance and live-virtual classroom training, as well as bespoke training at our clients’ sites or coaching for students who wish to gain proficiency in MS Office.
Our training includes Instructional Skills, the full MS Office suite (beginner to advanced) and hands-on social media workshops, which includes setting up Facebook and LinkedIn for your business. Our trainers, who are subject matter experts in their field, are CompTIA CTT+ graduates as well as certified Microsoft trainers, are looking forward to sharing their expertise with you.

Terry places emphasis on self-motivation and growth and has over the years started and run several diverse businesses, ranging from IT and training through to photography and hospitality. For her, effective communication coupled with motivation and team building, mean that she’s maintained some of her clients for more than 25 years. Key to her abilities is that she is able to produce under pressure while being flexible to suit client needs, and her hospitality awards and long-term IT clients bear testament to her strengths. Her guiding philosophy is a Buddhist term: Mudita, defined as “finding joy in the happiness and success of others”. Terry believes implicitly in the power of continuous learning and is passionate about uplifting people.
