The name Mudita comes from a Buddhist term meaning joy in the happiness and success of others. It reflects what drives our work. We take genuine satisfaction in seeing people grow in confidence, skill, and clarity, and in watching organisations benefit from that growth.
We believe that strong technical skills and strong human skills go together. Knowing the tools is important, but knowing how to think, explain, and work well with others is what creates real value. Terry Winship is the founder and CEO of Mudita Concepts and has spent her career helping people make sense of complex information and communicate it clearly. Her background spans systems analysis, technical training, and professional communication, giving her a rare balance of technical depth and people-focused skill.
She has worked with clients across corporate, public sector, and educational environments, designing and delivering training from entry level through to senior leadership. Her work covers Microsoft 365 and Copilot, instructional skills, presentation skills, and structured workplace communication.
Terry is known for her ability to translate technical concepts into practical, usable understanding. She brings a strong focus on clarity, structure, and application, ensuring that learning results in real behavioural change, not just theoretical knowledge.
She places high value on long-term client relationships and has worked with several organisations for more than two decades. Her approach combines professionalism with warmth, and structure with flexibility, allowing her to adapt programmes to the needs of different audiences and industries.
